I admit it. I'm a control freak. It has something to do with my highly driven nature. I want to see everything done right...
And you know how that goes. If you want something done right, you've got to do it yourself... right?
Wrong! Being a control freak turns out to be a major waste of time when there are MANY
tasks that can be delegated to give you more time freedom.
And after all, isn't time freedom what you were looking for from this home based biz thing?
I was sitting back over the New Year, enjoying some free time, and thinking how grateful I was for my assistant.
